Become a member

A yearly membership makes all the difference to our volunteer organization. Your contribution helps our conservation efforts. 

With membership, we will keep you up to date on Alliance projects and outreach. You'll also receive six newsletters per year full of helpful information. 

Voting membership in the Alliance is reserved to homeowners within the Mount Washington boundaries (picture below), but other community residents(renters) are encouraged to join in order to stay informed of community activities and participate in Alliance projects.

Alliance memberships are valid for the calendar year beginning in January. 

If you join in the last quarter of the year starting in October your membership will be counted for the following year.

There is an annual election of our Board that takes place in December as well as voting on items at our General Meetings throughout the year.  Our bylaws state that voting is restricted to up to 4 adult occupants of an owner occupied home. 

3 WAYS TO PAY for Membership

  1.  Check payable to Mount Washington Homeowners Alliance or MWHA and mail to
    P.O. Box 65855 Los Angeles, CA 90065-0146   
     

  2.  Zelle to Treasurer@mwha.us (please note that this address works only with Zelle, not Paypal)
     

  3. Paypal- When signing up below or visiting our “support us” page, you can pay/donate with PayPal or Credit Card through Paypal.  You will be directed to the PayPal site. Pay as "guest" if not a paypal member. Note that this method of payment incurs a fee for us, so we prefer check or zelle if possible! (Do not attempt to use Paypal directly from the Paypal website.)
